• Correct UID/Player ID Required: Customers must provide the correct UID/Player ID before processing begins.
• Incorrect UID Responsibility: King Tech is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect game IDs submitted by the customer.
• Missing Top-Up Reports: If a top-up is delayed, customers should provide order details and payment proof for verification.

3. Gift-Card Notice

Please confirm the gift-card brand and amount before ordering. Digital codes generally cannot be exchanged after the correct code has been delivered.

4. Subscription and Login-Based Services

• Setup and Activation: Login details are provided after payment verification and required setup information is confirmed.
• Login-Based Services: Customers must keep credentials secure and follow any account usage limits provided with the service.

• Tournament-related services and participation support remain subject to organizer rules and verification requirements.
